Action For Humanity (AFH) is an International NGO working in Pakistan since September 2022. Action For Humanity intends to invite Tenders from financially strong and registered Firms/Suppliers having vast experience in installation of RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plants in District Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu and Rajan Pur- South Punjab Pakistan as per the specifications attached separately.

Local vendors having experience of relevant field areas are preferred for the said job.

Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, to ensure smooth communication throughout the RFQ process and subsequent dealings.

Submission Instructions

Quotations should be submitted via email as per below provided email address.

Bids must include prices that are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

The deadline for submitting both Technical and Financial bids is 30th July 2025, by 17:00 hrs. Any bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered, in accordance with AFH policy. All bids must be submitted via email to the address provided, within the deadline. Please ensure that you attach the necessary registration documents with taxation authorities, along with any other relevant legal documentation, as well as

a list of major clients at the time of bid submission. Vendor selection will be conducted on a rolling basis, with

consideration given to the timely execution of project activities.
